Samsung LE R88 BD LCD TV / digibox problem

Question

I have a weird problem with my Samsung LE R88 BD LCD TV and my sky digibox. At power up my sky remote will not operate my digibox for approx 5-10 minutes (no definate time). However during this period if I switch the tv in standby the sky remote will operate(flashing red light on digibox). As soon as I bring the tv out of standby no sky operation again. For no apparent reason after the above time all will work normally. Very strange, seems to me like some kind of interference between the two. Any ideas please. Very frustrating!!!!.
