Samsung LE40R73BD DTV freezing, wont chnage...

Hi I have the a 40 inch LCD Samsung LE40R73BD
Whenever the TV is on DTV setting, to obtain freeview channels, the channel is stuck.  Its on one channel, when first switched on pictures and sound work, will not move from this channel and can only get into certain menus, eventually picture freezes and only sound works.
ANy ideas
