Samsung Messager picture messages not working

My girlfriend who has a T-Mobile keeps trying to send me pics from her phone to my Samsung Messanger and it isnt getting them.1st she sais it would say rejected when she hit send so i called Cricket and they said they fixed it but then she said she sent it and it said Sent just fine but i never recieved the pics.I know it JPEG format i dont know what to do.Help me?
