Samsung RS21DCNS: Ice maker fills up but water... It's had the "fix kit" for the icing up problem

It's had the "fix kit" for the icing up problem fitted and it's had a new water dispenser lever fitted as the old one snapped but the water still won't dispense. The lever is connected properly but there's no water. The ice tray fills up and functions correctly, it's just the water dispenser.
