Laptop is 5 months old. Just tried to switch it on (ok last time I used it) and now I get lines down the screen, then it goes black and nothing else happens. Power is on, indicator lights are showing blue, but nothing on the screen at all - help! I couldn't switch it off, so I took the battery out and then put it back, tried again, but same problem.
