Samsung S860,FOGGY LENS HELP?

my samsung s860 digital camera has a foggy lense everytime i take a picture it doesnt focus in the little screen and its a blur +when i try to take a picutre it just comes out a blob.

when i first took a couple of pictures they came out fine and then they started getting foggy.

im pretty sure its the lens but should i clean it and how????

Can the lens manually focus to get a sharp image?

You may have fungus growing in it.  Moisture may found its way to the inside of your lens.  If that's the case, there is little that can be done.  Repairing it will probably almost cost as much as a new camera.
