I going to get the samsung s860 camera and I wanted to buy rechargeable batteries but the manual I downloaded says you need a specific samsung brand which I found(SNB-2512). But on the circut city page at the bottom list as accessories are some rechargeable batteries/w charger but there just some other brand can't I just get those? They give you 4 batteries and it says they last longer unlike the samsung brand with comes with 2 batteries. So can anyone help?

  1. The Samsung S860 takes AA batteries, so you don't have to get the Samsung brand. Get a good set of NiMH recharge ables, with at least 2500 maH. The milliamp Hours (maH) is important, because it determines how long the batteries will last. The higher the number, the longer the batteries will last between charges. If you get a set of four, you will have a spare set to swap out when the batteries in the camera run down.
