Samsung TV to PC HDMI problem?

I just got a new Samsung tv which has a HDMI input for a PC.

My HP PC has HDMI output.

There are thin horazontal red lines accross the image from the PC on the TV.

The S cable works good but no luck with the HDMI.

The problem may be the cable. The cable is 25 feet long and has the following info stamped on it:

AWM style 20276 30v vw-1 HDMI 1.3 cable aiter.

I would greatly appreaciate any help you can give me.

There is nothing wrong with the cable. It doesn't matter what hdmi cable you use it is all the same and it should work. Check to see if your tv is 720p or 1080i or 1080p and the video should be one of those. Just a guess of what the problem might be.
