Samsung U600 Won't Start Up

Question

It was fine about an hour before, it came up with a message which i didn't see as I was the other side of the room, and then it went onto a 'please wait' screen, and then it restarted itself, but now won't go past the samsung start up screen and the buttons just keep flashing.
