Thanks. I have the manual for the phone. And I tried everything. I tried to get the help from Samsung but .... I know that I can change the brand of the phone but I would like to know what is wrong with the phone and how can I fix the problem. Is there any way to re-program bluetooth settings? Regards, Andy
