I do not have a firewire connection on my computer. I somehow want to get the video to computer to edit, thanks to anyone

  1. Actually, I'm not too sure I understand your question. If your camcorder is a minidv then you would need a firewire connection.If the camcorder is mini dvd then the dvd needs to be finalized and then converted with a program like handbrake.
