This phone is a really bad choice, this phone is a European tri-band phone (GSM900/1800/1900)

ATT main network is GSM850 with small parts of the country on GSM1900. ANY phone you purchase should be at least GSM850/1900

Reasons not to get the phone

1 - When in a GSM850 area, you will have no service. This will be in most parts of the country

2 - It has European 3g so you will not be able to use it on ATT's 3g network

On ANY phone you purchase, internet costs, if you are going to use data, you would want to purchase a data plan. Any non ATT phone, you will also have to change the WAP/GPRS settings to ATT medianet or else you wont be able to use data

The exception is if you purchase a phone with wi-fi and connect through wi-fi, then internet is free and no settings have to be changed

  2. i have never heard of the f700 but....when you get a new phone and your at a corporate store they will give you a new sim card for your phone for free. internet is not free. unlimited service is $15 per month.
