Samsung flatscreen+ sky+

Question

We recently bought a samsung flatscreen tv and linked it up with sky. It works fine however when we record of sky+ and watch programs back we occasionally get moments through the recording were the picture jumps as well as the sound. it will continue for about 30-45 seconds then be fine.It only happens every so often. ? any idea's to the problem????
