Samsung fridge/freezer constant problems ???

just want to know if there is anyone on yahoo that bought a samsung fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser model srs757dw that has also had constant problems with the freezer fan freezing up every few months and batteling samsung to have it fixed ?

Sorry, don't have that model.  The problem could be the temperature settings, because if it is set too cold, then the freezer could frost up which will prevent the fan from moving.  Double check this for next time.

I have the same model and same problem, I just leave the freezer door open for about 30 minutes to melt the ice. The noise is very annoying, I've been told Samsung can't  or won't fix the defrost settings because they are hard wired on a chip.
