Samsung front loading washer machine, How do I unlock the door?

Holding the silver, spin and power button did not work.  Neither did cleaning the filters (they were clean) or dismantling the hoses to check for any blockages.  Tried it on every cycle.  If I ever get the door open I will have the cleanest towels in NZ.  Resorted to bouncing the d**n machine around the garage.  The door is still locked after two days. Towels now mouldy. :(

On the vrt silver samsung, turn it off, hold the power button, the silvercare button and the spin button at the same time.  All the lights will light up and presto, the door is open

I had the same problem. I run the drain cycle and presto, the machine fully drained and door opened after about a minute. Then I made sure filters were clean.

there is a door at the bottom of the washer front. pop it open. then undo the drain filter. when the drain filter is clogged it will not drain properly and washing will not continue. try to check this filter about once a month. water will drain out first then filter is removable. i have found pieces of clothing stuck in there.

Mine refuses to finish the cycle and wont open. It stops at 41 min and doesn't do anything anymore.

I have tried at least five times to run it through to the end of the cycle and it quits when the tub fills with water and will not go any further.

I dont know but it makes me mad when i need to just throw them in the dryer real quick.  I've even unplugged the d**n thing.

Mine will not unlock even after the cycle. Two hours later, it is still locked:(
