Samsung hue

Question

my friend has a samsung hue with an mp3 player. the phone is great but we downloaded music onto the memory card, after we converted it from wma format to mp3 format.. i know the music is on the card because it plays on the mp3 player on my phone but wont play on her phone.. does anybody know why. any help would be great. thank you.
