Samsung juke "get it now" trouble

Question

hi i just got my first cell phone and for some reason when i want to get ringtones i can never connect to the service. i have 2 bars and i still cant connect. am i doing something wrong?? oh, and when my brother connected on his juke, he wanted to download mega man 3, but it said free subscription. is it actually free or is it a demo? the other games say 3.99-subscription. sorry about this, i just want to be sure of what im doing.

Your best bet would to be to contact your cell provider and make them work for the money you are paying them , plus they usually are better at troubleshooting and correcting the problems..
