Samsung s42sd-yb05clicking and no power

Question

samsung s42sd just died.stnd-by light blinks four times when I plug power cord.It have a relay sound clicking every 20 sec or so on PCB and main digital input board.I do have 5V stnd-by.I hear the click when the 4V from PS-ON is going on 0V for about 1 sec.I do not have any other voltage going out from PCB.
