Samsung tocco delivery reports?

i am getting the samsung tocco tomorrow on t mobile and was wondering if it had delivery reports and password protection for your messages

it has delivery reports if supported by your operator (set in message settings).

there is no password as such for your messages but the whole phone ca be locked by password on every use (autolock) or only on startup (SIM PIN mode)
