Samsung tocco screensaver

Question

I am unable to change my screen saver on my new samsung tocco. I have my wall paper as I want it butwhen I lock my phone, the screen saver seems to skip through all of thedefault samsung photos. I have read the instructions and looked at every function of the phone and can't seem to find the answer
