Samsung tv won't turn on

Question

Flat screen tv won't turn on with remote or manual. it did this last week same day, but then started to work again 4 days later. No luck this week the blue light is on but will not turn on. already checked plug and outlet... not it. help this tv is not even 2 yrs old yet!!
