Samsungs LED vs 120Hz?

looking at 2 Samsung HDTVs. The LN52A750 which is 120hz and the LN-T5281F which is LED, which is better? and why

the led back light is going to have better black levels and the motion blur that the fluorescent back light has will not be there. the 120Hz is needed because you can't turn the fluorescent off so you have to refresh the picture more often. the downside of 120Hz is it makes film based material look like video.
