Off of the top of my head I know that

http://www.karatedepot.com and http://www.happyninja.com/

both sell samurai swords.  Those are the two most reputable from what I have read.  I've used karate depot once but never happy ninja.

Not sure if they ship to Europe or not.....can always try Ebay too.
