San Francisco Giants edge Chicago Cubs 5-2 – MLB Recap
The San Francisco Giants edged past the Chicago Cubs 5-2 in the second game of their three-match regular series encounter on Saturday, September 1 at Wrigley Field in Chicago.
"It's always nice, especially when you've got a guy like Lincecum on the mound. I was fortunate to come up with an opportunity to come up with a big hit. It was pretty neat, This is one of the reasons I was excited to play here. I knew I had to go down to Fresno and work on some things. I'm just glad to have the opportunity to be up here and contribute," Nady said.

Giants’ played beautifully during the entire game and won in style. They played aggressive and won in the end.
Giants’ entire roster played wonderfully and kept the Cubs under pressure which eventually provided them with a tremendous victory.
Their batters and pitchers played offensive and rattled the Cubs’ experienced roster with great force.
San Francisco took an early lead in the very first inning and later maintained it with a strong offensive approach to ensure that their opponents remain under pressure.
Though the Cubs later bounced back with two runs but it was not enough for them to match the Giants’ brilliance.
San Francisco's hitters and pitchers did not give any chance to the opposing team and won with ease.
Pablo Sandoval batted well for the Giants as he scored one run and smashed one hit on his .444 slugging percentage.
He remained calm and hit the Cubs' pitchers with enormous power.
Along with batters, the Giants' pitchers also played well and earned a great victory for their team. They did not show any loop-holes in their game and played intelligently throughout the match-up.
Tim Lincecum pitched 6.1 innings and received two runs and four hits along with two earned runs. He received only one homer and struck-out seven on his 5.21 ERA.
