San Vito Lo Capo, Sicily; What type of activity or tourist establishment would you like to see there?

I am considering opening a business in San Vito, I am curious to know form either locals or past visitors what type of bar, restaurant, activity they found missing. I am considering a jazz club, bistro, or a marine based venture such as boating, fishing and diving.

well im not sure about that particular part....but if you want adventure you can.....

1. go sledding on mount. etna

2. go on base (sigonella navel base) they have clubs, pools, bowling alleys...things like that

3. go to etna land (its a theme park (really fun))

there are also more historical places if you like that kinda thing
