San juan and st. thomas in july, what should I expect with the weather?

taking a cruise in july to bermuda, st.thomas, san juan and st. croix. what will the weather be like? is it considered the hurricane season?

  1. The weather should be lovely. The nice thing about a cruise if a storm is brewing the captain will go away from the storm.

    I would be prepare with hurricane insurance just in case. Talk to you cruise lines, ask what happens if the cruise is canceled or your ports (itinerary) are canceled. They usually give you credit but find out. If you are flying to your departure destination also ask what the airline policies are for storms.

    June 1 to Nov 30 th is hurricane season but weather is unpredictable and what I'm saying is have a back up plan just in case. August, Sept and Oct are the months to worry a bit)

    Yes, it is hurricane season.  You might want to consider travel insurance that covers canceling due to weather.
