The newly signed Barcelona striker, Alexis Sanchez, has recently revealed that he would like to win more trophies with the Catalan Giants. He expressed his determination for winning more at his new club.

Sanchez was quoted as saying:
"I am obviously very pleased with the three trophies we have already won this term. But you always have to aim for more and we don't have any plans to slow down now."

However, this season Villa’s form did not really back him up and Sanchez was made to play in Barcelona’s first team.

The Catalans then played the FIFA Club World Cup final against Santos. The Chilean star was benched as he was injured. Alexis Sanchez was disappointed after he was benched in the final game of the international tournament. The Chilean international said:
"Unfortunately I couldn't play in the Club World Cup final due to injury, but it's still an honour to have won that trophy and at least I was there.”
Alexis Sanchez then summed up his conversation by telling the press how the whole team still wants to win more silverware. He said:
"The entire team are determined to keep on going and want to win more silverware."
