Sand Blasting Sandblasting Question, Ceramic Nozzles vs Steel Tips?

Which lasts longer, steel/metal nozzles or ceramic? I go through the ceramic tips so fast, and the replacement ones aren't exactly dirt cheap. Would the metal tips last longer?
