Sand Question?

Question

we have a sand box and my little sibs are wondering if there is a way to get water out of the sand.we've tried everything.waiting it out,shoveling it out.my sister's friend is comig over and theyLOVE too play in the sand,but it's soaking.

Drill holes in the bottom of it so it can drain.  They can make sandcastles in the meantime  ;o)
