Sand + bathing suit?

How do i get sand out of my bathing suit bottoms? I have recently been to the beach & after washing it, there is still sand actually in the bathing suit fabric itself, the bottoms of the suit that is. I've tried shaking it out but it hasn't worked. Please send a response.

Rinse in cold water, rinse, rinse, rinse. That should get the sand out eventually.
