  1. it depends on what you are looking for, if you want stock replacement speakers using the stock head unit they are fine, if you want to move into external amplifier or aftermarket head unit you want a bit more quality.

  2. $20 bucks anything is worth $20 bucks,,,why dont U try it and get back to us n tell whether they are worth it sounds fair?...but that $20 turns to $40 fo the pair,,,

  3. If I were you, I would go with a different brand. Try Infinity or Alpine, or even Pioneer (if you are on a tight budget.)

A friend of mines used the Soundstorm subs from a similar line and they kept on blowing. The amp wasn't overpowering the subs and neither was it distorting.  My friend went thru two sets of 12's ( a total of four subs) before he finally gave up and tried a more TRUSTED brand.

Remember this, generally when it comes to car audio: 1)You usually get what you pay for and 2) Do it right the first time. Because if you take the easy route you usually have to pay for your mess-up, then pay to have it done right.

Save yourself some time and money, spend an extra couple of bucks to keep problems away.
