Sandals @ Whitehouse in Jamaica...thoughts on tours??

We're going to Whitehouse in May for our 10 yr. anniv. We've looked over the tours that can be taken. They all seem great, but can't do them all. Any opinions on must-see or must-do things? Any other thoughts or experiences with Whitehouse are wanted too. Thanks!
