Sandals? the brand name?

What are those falt sandals called.

they kind of remind me of sandals a hippie would wear. there leather? or suede? im not sure.... usually in browne or black .. please help =]

We called 'em "flip-flops"  they're similar to Japanese getas.

Are you thinking of Birkenstocks.  That's usually what I think of when I think of "hippie" shoes.
