No.  you should only be limited by the size of the micro SD card.

that depends....if you go to the bakc of the player and it say next to model e260, then the max u can have is 2gb.....is it says somethign like e260 2nd gen  then u can have any sd card...the reason is that any sd card higher than 2gb is in the format sdhc which only 2nd generation sandisk sansa e200 series player cna read
