at the no 5 slot.
In the bowling department http://www.senore.com/Cricket/South-Africa-c757 sits at the top of the bowlers rankings with 860 points and behind him is the English Spinner Graeme Swann with 831 points. However the most surprising climb up the ladder is by the Indian fast bowler

On the fringes, the youngsters from http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Australia-c746 and England have made steady progress as well. Siddle has risen to the 14th place after he took his career best figures of 6 for 144 in only his first test. Finn, who was also the ICC player of the
year has also broken into the world top 20 after his six wicket haul in the first innings against Australia.
Meanwhile there has been no change in the ranking of all rounders as Jacques Kallis sits on top of that table with his throne quite intact. Daniel Vettori sits on second place while Shakib Al http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Bangladesh-c747 is placed third.
It is however interesting to see Stuart Broad at number four and this can be accredited to his innings against Pakistan when he made the world record eighth wicket partnership at Lords earlier in the summers.
