Sanitation Q's?

Recently while dinning out and shopping I see alot of food service workers not using gloves when needed. Their making ready to eat foods and not wearing gloves. Where I work we HAVE to wear gloves? It's common sense!!!

If they have washed their hands, they may not be required to wear gloves.  Just depends on local health code.  I am no longer in the industry, but we didn't have to have gloves in my last place of employment.
