Question:

Sanitize button...little to no ozone smell

when I push the sanitize button the orange light goes out and the motor sounds like it's dying....without pushing the sanitize button the machine seems to be in working order...orange light is on and the neon bulb is flickering but very little ozone it emmited. any suggestions?
