Sanrio.com got my order wrong what do I do?

I ordered an item from sanrio.com and got it today. I opened the box and another item was sent to me instead. The recipe says the right information but the item doesn't match. What do i do?

contact them on their website or ship it back. include the order number when you contact them, or the order slip information

Call them or email them . That happened to me when i ordered at amazon.com and i emailed them and they fixed it like 3 mins later  . Also keep ALL the bags and stuff maybe look through the box you ordered it and see if they put a return slips so you can mail it back with no issues . So hurry up and call them . If the item is more expensive or is really cool i would just keep it :) .Hope this helps !

If you didn't sign for it. call them in a few days,say you never got it. Then keep the wrong item and wait for the correct one.
