Question:

Sansa M240 and M250 freeze

Sansa M240 and M250 freeze on initializing screen and aren't seen by the computer. Does anyone know how to force the unit to be seen by the computer so I can format it and load a new firmware? Are there pins on the chips I can cause it to reformat?
