Sansa mp3 player 2.0gb

Question

my player will not turn on. i have tried everything. and no...its not on hold. the goodbye screen wont even turn off and the computer does not detect the device. not happy jan. and i think i may have picked a player and a brand that has lots of problems. the blue light still comes on but alas, nothing else. very frustrated as this is not the onli problem ive had with this player. can anyone help?
