Sansui DVR-1038

Sorry to bug with my problem. I have an Sansui DVR-1038 and it is just dead.
When I switch power on at mains then I can hear the U101 TP2116 click.
There is no light or display on set. I would like to repair this set.
Please could someone give idea's.
