Sansui HD LCD TV/DVD combo question (MP3,JPEG,WMA)?

My uncle bought a Sansui HD LCD TV/DVD combo tv like a month ago and the box says that MP3,JPEG,and WMA,So what's JPEG and WMA? And where do u connent it to cuz my uncle lost the book that tells u how to do it.

jpeg: joint photographic experts group and wma: windows media audio. meaning his computer can plug up to the tv through certain cords (which usuall doesnt come w/ the tv) to view a bigger "computer monitor" or the tv. ask the retailer or best buy or radio shack, etc if they have these compatiable cords and how to plug em up, b/c they could better explain then i could through text.
