so i have just booked a holiday to santa ponsa, majorca in september for 5 adults (2 of which are oap's) and 3 kids (3,4,9).

i am just a bit worried now, well alot really, as i have since read some reviews that it is mainly an irish resort and they dont take too kindly to english people. also i have been told that it will be no good for my kids and my grandparents.

i was just wondering if anyone has ever been here and can you give me an honest review of the place as i have booked this holiday and chose where everyones going so if i have chosen wrongly then im in trouble!

thank you, x

  1. I have been to Santa Ponsa, i am 14 and i had a really amazing time. i went with my mum, dad and sister and they love it to. My sister is 9 and she loved it. I never met any Irish people. Santa Ponsa is a great place!

  2. I know people who've gone to Majorca and they're English, i don't think you got anything to worry about, you'll all have fun and Irish people don't hate English people :P Well I've never heard of them hating English people anyway.

  3. Santa Ponsa is great for families, I went 2 years ago and took my mother aged 70 and loved it, my daughter went the previous year with 2 year old and 10 years old and it was fantastic, there is an Irish section but I don't think they bother where we come from, I'm from Glasgow. I wouldn't recommend it for a crown of single teenagers.
