Santino Marella Intercontinental Champion good or Bad?

Just wanted to know what you thought of Santino winning the IC title. I mean, he's jobbed to everyone and everything so far and now he's wearing a title?

I don't think it's good or bad.  The intercontinental title has always been a bit of a purgatory for me to begin with.  You can strap it on a main event guy to wear it around and really not defend it, or you can strap it on a midcard guy, like Kingston or Santino, and it can be defended against other midcarders in solid bouts, but honestly, I view neither of these things "good" for the IC title, not entirely anyway.  Honestly, I wouldn't have cared if Beth had grabbed both straps and walked out leaving Marella empty handed, and I honestly wouldn't care if Marella had done the same.

The glory days of the IC are over, and it's sad because in the mid-nineties, the belt was almost as prestigious, if not MORE prestigious than the world strap.  Now it's just a prop, so I could honestly care who held it.

Its great for wrestling because he always wins in a shaddy kind of way and is funny. He makes everyone hate him and the way he wins so it makes you watch more and hope for him to lose. This is the only interesting storyline on raw right now. CM Punk sux as a champion and is so boreing, Santino is the best part of the show.

His wrestling sucks. His character is great. It makes up for his lack of talent in the ring. He never wins it fair and square. He usually relies on someone helping him. He hasn't jobbed to Charlie Haas yet though.

i did not like how the title changed hands because of the match stipulation. The Intercontinental Championship should not have been able to change hands when the champion was not pinned. I understand why WWE wanted the straps on Beth and Santino with their tandem getting over but hopefully Kofi Kingston will win back his championship so he can earn the loss if they decide for him to drop it.
