Santoor face wash??????

Question

im an indian male and i have a dark complexion.

i bought the santoor facewash, soap and fairness cream.

i used it for three days and now im developing a few pimples on my cheeks. is this suppose to happen?? i wouldnt know alot about santoor because i dont live in india.

is it used by everyone and does it really work?

is it used by males as well because i watched an advert and there were males advertising for it? should i only the face wash or should i use the whole 3?

please help me.

please , for pimples take advise from doctor , because it is a case of skin.

don't trust on any soap advertisement in tv . it may be true or false.

some soaps work's ,some not for dark complexion .

color of skin depands on melonen or a type of color cells under our skine .
