Santos president Luis Alvaro Ribeiro confirms that Neymar has not signed for any other team
Santos president Luis http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Álvaro-c5280 Ribeiro has gone on to confirm that Brazilian striking sensation, Neymar has not yet penned a deal with any other club and is still a Santos player.
He has also gone on to confirm that he has no knowledge of Real Madrid taking an insurance policy in case the teenager gets injured in the near future.
Ribeiro, when talking about Santos and the situation that he finds himself in, is quoted to have said:
"There is no contract signed with anybody"
He then went on to highlight Madrid and the claims of the Spanish club taking out an insurance on the future of Neymar.
"I do not know if this is right [rumours of Madrid taking out insurance on Neymar] but it matters little to me. But of course, if he is to play outside of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Brazil-c2858, he will need insurance."
"I do not have the situation to compete with them [Real Madrid] in financial terms. I'm struggling. There is evidence that they have scored a goal but the game is not over. It is zero-zero, or rather, just zero. Neymar is still a Santos player," he added.
Ribeiro then claimed that http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Santos-c32532 would only let go on the player for a fee of forty five Euros, which happens to be the player’s buyout clause.
Despite still being a teenager, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Neymar-c27639 has been turning everyone’s heads with his brilliant performances, week in and week out.
The striker has gone on to become the pivotal force behind Santos and is already a regular with the Brazilian national team.
Neymar possesses pace, skill and the ability to find the back of the net from just about anywhere. Should the player keep playing at the rate that he has established, then he could easily go down as one of the greatest Brazilian players to ever play the
game.
Nonetheless, it is still anybody’s guess, to predict just where the player will end up next season.
