Sanwa 460-ED Multitester

Question

Hi I am trying to test the resistance on my vct solenoid, and needed a ohm tester. I have a Sanwa 460-ED but have no clue how to use it, no instructions. I am trying to find out what exactly it tests, and if it is a dohm or what it is. Can i use it to test the resistance? and if so how do i do that?
