“I sincerely hope that this is the start of regular cricket between the two teams,” the former Pakistan cricketer hopes. “Cricket can help to ease relations between the two countries and there’s nothing quite like the Indo-Pak cricketing
rivalry. The Ashes is also a huge rivalry but I think India versus Pakistan is a bigger cricketing rivalry.”
The legendary off-spinner further added that playing against each other is going to be beneficiary for both the teams as the upcoming players will learn to play under extreme pressure.
