Sara Connor Chronicles continuity error?

Sara Connor Chronicles starts in 1999 but, they jump to 2007. T3 takes place in 2004 so technically Johns' past self is ahead in time of his older self. Do you think this will be resolved in the series finale or something?

  1. T3 was pretty bad.  So the Powers That Be for the tv series decided to pull that old sci-fi "deus ex machina" out and hey presto - somehow time was tampered with and they got carried forward to a new time, bypassing the prior story completely.  I don't think the writers will ever try to reconcile the television story line with T3, especially since Christian Bale is now signed to play John Connor in 3 theatrical movies dealing with John during adulthood.  Either the new movies include T3 as verifiable history, which means the tv series events never happened, or the new movies continue on from wherever the tv series leaves off.

I can't stand the actress who plays Sara Connor on television.  She's flat, boring, has no personality at all, and is just lousy in the role.  Frankly, I'm hoping that when they jumped forward all those years nothing was changed about Sara's future.  So she will still die from breast cancer in this timeline and it can't happen soon enough for me.

  2. No, the third terminator movie was horrible and therefore completely cut from the timeline. Good move if you ask me.
