I saw it mentioned that Palin wants creationism taught in public schools. Anyone know if that's true and what's your thoughts on it?

  1. IF she is, it's one more reason to believe that McCain has lost his mind.

Creationism is the biggest sham "science" ever to be attempted to be taught as legitimate science.

Creationists actually believe that humans and dinosaurs co-existed. They actually believe that the Grand Canyon was made during the great flood (as in Noah), and that it's only 5000 years old.

Creationists ATTEMPTED to redefine themselves by calling it "Intelligent Design", but it's still a crock.

  2. Yes, that's absolutely correct.  Sarah Plain represents the worst of American conservatism. She touts the conservative line on science, creationism, global warming and so on.

This ticket is wrong for America and could set the country back decades by ideoligizing education and science, a mentality similar to the dark ages

  3. This is true, and it is scary. Palin really represents the worst of the hardcore religious right. I read that her church has connections to Joel's Army, a religious paramilitary group.
